How to get Driving License in Hyderabad after returning from USA

This is my experience at RTA office @ToliChowki. It might differ at different places.

Form 4 + registered post envelope ( Both you get it outside the RTO office for about 4 Rs)
Affidavit on 10 Rs Stamp paper stating you would be responsible for the DL ( Costs about 110 Rs)
Telephone bill
US driving license copy
US passport
OCI copy
Downloaded from DMV what CLASS C license is , take a printout.
Fee 390
No need to carry any Photos
Please go straight to administrative officer he will verify the documents and then you go to specific counter to pay the fees.
After you pay the fee they take a picture and that's it , you should get your DL by mail.
